Our Audit Services

There are three levels of compressed air audits that we can offer:
Level 1 - Walk-Through Assessment:
Level 2 - System Assessment:
Level 3 - Full System Audit:
All our Audits are performed by experienced professionals with years of experience in compressed air systems.
They are qualified to identify potential issues in your system, troubleshoot them quickly, and implement solutions that improve your operation's efficiency while reducing your operating costs.
All audits are conducted using ISO 5001 guidelines & ISO 11011.

Level 1
Walk-Through Assessment
If you're looking to be more energy-efficient, a compressed air audit can help. It's the first step in identifying where your system is losing energy and how to fix it.
The complimentary, initial pre-survey rates the efficiency of your entire compressed air system, including pipework and point-of-use products.
It identifies where energy is being lost and recommends actions to save your business money.

The main objective of the free initial walk-through assessment is to help identify where improvements need to be made and assess whether the company would benefit from a level 2 or 3 assessment in order to maximise energy savings.
Level 2
System Assessment
A system assessment is more detailed than the initial level 1 walk-through.
A level 2 system assessment usually requires a whole day on-site for our consultant to carry out an in-depth analysis of the performance of the system. Readings are taken at appropriate locations to identify the dynamics of the system.

Equipment providing live data is used to help identify potential problems and how they could be resolved. Maintenance procedures and training are also reviewed. Following the assessment, a written report of findings and recommendations is submitted.
Level 3
Full System Audit
A full level 3 audit reviews the impact of current energy usage at the granular level through visual analysis and measurement equipment of all areas of energy consumption within the compressed air system.
This level of evaluation can include the following:
A full week of data logging information is compiled into a detailed report.
Precise readings are conducted throughout the system for a more in-depth analysis of the dynamics and resulting problems.
Full Leak detection & review of required rectification work.
2D Autocad System drawings.
Pressure, flow and air quality checks.
Maintenance procedures and training reviews.
A comprehensive written report of all findings, recommendations, and results are submitted. This is usually discussed on a return visit to the site so we can produce a highly effective energy-saving strategy moving forward.
Recommendations resulting from the system analysis activities provide product-neutral solutions to system problems and include, only if needed, performance-based rather than brand-based equipment recommendations.
